• To design an 8-page sales brochure utilising the Cornovii Homes brand identity
• To include features and benefits of living in Shropshire
Cornovii Homes were in the process of launching 4 x new developments across Shropshire. Ifton Green in Oswestry was the first, and a Sales Brochure was required that could be adapted for future developments. Working with their new brand identity, with links to the website, a strong and vibrant brochure was created to attract potential home buyers to the site. Individual sell sheets for the house plots along with a generic folder were also designed as part of a complete package.
